CHARGE OF MURDER.

At Penrith Petty sessions yesterday, WILLIAM PICKERING, mason and contractor, was committed for trial at the Cumberland Assizes, charged with the wilful murder of JANE PICKERING, his second cousin and housekeeper, in circumstances which have already been described in THE TIMES.
