THE GENERAL will have the honour of holding his LEVEES at the
ASSEMBLY-ROOMS, Crown and Mitre Hotel, CARLISLE, on FRIDAY and SATURDAY,
November 15th and 16th, for Two Days only.
The General is in his 13th Year, is 25 inches high, and weighs only 15
pounds. He will relate his History - represent NAPOLEON in full Military
Costume - delineate the Grecian Statues - sing a variety of Songs, and
appear in various Dances, &c., - will also, at each exhibition appear in his
Court Dress, in which he had the honour of appearing three times before her
The General's new and elegant Carriage, drawn by two of the smallest Ponies
in the country, with Coachman and Footman in splendid Liveries, will arrive
early on Friday, from Newcastle.
The beautiful Presents from her Majesty the Queen Dowager, the Duke of
Devonshire, &c., &c., will be shewn.
Hours of Exhibition - first day, from Three to five, and Seven to Nine;
second, from Eleven to One, and Three to Five; and from Seven to Nine.
Admission, regardless of age, ONE SHILLING.
