PROVISIONAL PROSPECTUS.
THE LONSDALE HEMATITE
SMELTING COMPANY,
WHITEHAVEN, CUMBERLAND,
Will be Incorporated under the Companies Acts,
1862 to 1893.

Divided into 2,500 Shares of £10 each.
DEBENTURES---300 five per cent. Debentures
of £50 each, £15,000.
PAYABLE AS FOLLOWS: ---

And the balance as may be required at intervals of not
less than two months ; or the whole amount may be
paid up on Allotment, entitling the holder to interest

The Debentures will be secured upon the whole of the
Company's undertakings and assets, and will be issued
in Bonds of £50 each or multiples thereof, and will be
redeemable at the option of the Company on giving 6
months' notice after the 1st January, 1900.
