PARTON P.S.A. BROTHERHOOD. - The meeting held on Sunday last was open to all.  There were about 100 present.  MR. T. SPRUSTON presided.  The solos rendered by MR. JAMES MORTON ("Queen of the Earth"),  MR. W. HALPIN ("Promise of life"),  and MISS R. HARPER ("Children's Home") were quite a treat, and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
MR. T. GIBB took the reading, and MR. DEBRICK led in prayer.  MR. R. A. DICKSON, Cleator Moor, gave a splendid address on  " Humility".  He pointed out that true humility indicated real merit, and that the best test of humility was for a person to use that merit, or talent, not merely to benefit ourselves, but others.
It is pleasing to note that these meetings are becoming more popular every Sunday, and that the total membership, taken proportionately, compares favourably with P.S.A. meetings held in more populous districts.
