FORSTER, of Ling Bank, in the parish of Gosforth; same place, on Saturday last, Mr. Thomas BRIGGS, of Bank House, farmer, to Miss WATTS, daughter of Mr. Isaac WATTS, a relative of the late Dr. Isaac WATTS. This being the first couple married in the Independent Chapel, a handsome quarto volume was presented to them.
