THE Substantial HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, STOCK of WINE, SPIRITS, and ALE, PUBLIC HOUSE REQUISITES and EFFECTS, of Mr. CHARLES FAWCITT.
The BED-ROOMS contain the usual Painted Articles with Bedsteads fully hung. Seasoned Feather Beds, and appropriate Bedding, Carpets, Toilet Glasses, &c.
The Dining, Sitting-Rooms, and Parlours are Furnished with Modern Mahogany Extending Dining, Card, Pembroke and Tea Tables, Mahogany Chairs, Set of Hardwood Chairs, Rush Seats, Carpets, Floor Oil Skin Cloths, Fenders and Fire Irons, Looking Glasses, Pictures, Eight Days' and 30 Hours' Clocks, Table Service of Blue and White Earthenware, the Kitchen Requisites, and various Articles of Domestic use.
The SPIRIT VAULTS contain a quantity of Fine Old Rum, Whiskey, Brandy, and Gin, Sixteen Barrels of Fine Mild Home-brewed Ale, Draught and Bottled Porter, Hogshead of Vinegar, &c., together with very numerous Spirit Bar Requisites, Wine and Tumbler Glasses, Jugs, &c.
Also, TO BE LET, and may be entered upon immediately, or at Martinmas next, the above Commodious and Old Established INN and SPIRIT VAULTS, with BREWHOUSE on the Premises, recently fitted up with every modern improvement, and useful convenience, and adapted to Brew from Six to Ten Barrels.
The above Establishment is situate in the best thorough-fare in Carlisle, leading to the Newcastle and Carlisle, and Maryport Railway Stations.
