To be LET, for a Term of Years, and Entered upon
at Candlemas, 1844,
ALL that Eligible Tithe Free FARM, called HOLLING HILL, in the Parish of Skelton, in the County of Cumberland, comprising a good Dwelling House and Out-Buildings, and 101 Acres, or thereabouts of good Arable, Meadow, and Pasture LAND, having been grazed for many years, well watered, and nearly within a ring fence, is seven miles from the market town of Penrith, and near to lime and coal.
Also, an excellent Dwelling House and Out Offices, situated at Skelton, in the said Parish, and known by the name of SKELTON HOUSE, with Garden, and Three Acres of LAND, of the best quality, and may be accommodated with more if required.
