SPAIN. -- The French mail brings the intelligence that the ex-Queen Regent of Spain had accepted the invitation of her daughter and the Councils of Ministers to proceed to Madrid.  She was to set out as soon as domestic circumstances would permit.  The only intelligence from Madrid of the slightest interest is, that the Council of Ministers had come to a definite resolution to dissolve the Cortes, and were only waiting till they had received the necessary authority from the Chambers to collect the taxes before putting the resolve into execution. -- Senor OLOZAGO has taken refuge in Portugal, having entered Castello Branco on the 19th ult.  The authorities immediately communicated with the Lisbon government, who despatched orders for his reception with the attention due to his exalted rank.
