APPREHENSION OF FIFTEEN ROCKITES. -- OUTRAGE. -- We learn that a large party of Rockites attacked a farmer's house at Fairmount, in the neighbourhood at Roscommon, on the night of Monday last.  The farmer had set some land at a high rate, and the Rockites visited him for the purpose of swearing him to abate the rent.  They had effected their object, when the farmer's sons, armed with pitchforks, and assisted with some friends, attacked and routed them, mortally wounding two of the gang.  Two of these brave young men were severely wounded with gun-shots, from the effects of which they are lying in the County Infirmary.  Fifteen of the Rockites have been apprehended, identified, and committed to Roscommon jail. -- Boyle Gazette.
