PRESENTATION AT CLEATOR.
________

An interesting presentation took place at Cleator on Saturday night last, Mr. H. ROUTLEDGE who has left the employ of Messrs. AINSWORTH of Cleator Mills, being the recipient of a brown leather travelling bag and silver cigarette case from some of his former work mates.

Mr. C.  COX presented the gifts, and in a felicitous speech wished “Harry” good luck, and said that although sorry he was going away he hoped that the presents would always remind him of some of his friends at Cleator.

Mr. ROUTLEDGE briefly responded and thanked all the subscribers for giving him such beautiful presents. -

Mr. Chas COX, Chairman, Mr. Jas. GILLESPIE, secretary and Mr. W. HUNTER, treasurer were the officials of the small committee which got up the presentation.
