The case of "HINDE v. SHEPHERD and Others," tried at Carlisle, in which the
right of the inhabitants of Flimby to play village games on the green at Flimby
was the question in issue, was not concluded till after 6 o'clock last night,
and Mr. Justice WILLES and some of the Bar were kept there till the early train
The jury found against the defendants on the question of the right to play games
