OXFORD UNIVERSITY. -- Dr. HODY'S Exhibitions for the study of Greek at Washam College, Oxford, have been awarded to John Lewis JENKINS and William DOBINSON, scholars of the College.  An exam-ination will be held at Queen's College, Oxford, on Tuesday, the 10th of April, and following days, for the purpose of filling up -- 1. One open scholarship, of the yearly value of £90, tenable during residence for five years.  Candidates must not have attained the age of 20 years.  2. An Eglesfield exhibition, of £81 a year, tenable for four years.  Candidates must be natives of Cumberland or Westmorland, and not have attained the age of 20 years.  Either of the above may be awarded for proficiency in either classics or mathematics.  3. Four Hastings exhibitions of £90 a year, tenable for five years, open to certain schools in Cumberland, Westmorland, and Yorkshire.  Any close exhibition for which no eligible candidate presents himself may be thrown open for the turn to general competition.
