MASONS' STRIKE IN CARLISLE. -- The masons in the employment of Mr. HUTTON, builder, turned out some weeks ago because his foreman mason, who is not in the Union, will not join that body. The works are picketed, and if Mr. HUTTON is fortunate enough to obtain other men, the members of the Union compel or induce them to leave.
